Programme Manager

A designated staff member in the research institution who is responsible for creating and monitoring projects and Environments and overseeing a portfolio of projects. This should be a member of professional staff with oversight for data handling in one or more research domains. The Programme Manager can add new users to the system and assign users to specific projects. They assign Project Managers and can, if they wish, take on this role themselves.
